SAVANNAH, GA. — JCB has launched an exclusive online auction starting November 10 for a custom-painted 3TS-8T Teleskid, designed in collaboration with Monster Jam painter Jim McShea. The machine features artwork inspired by a World War II fighter jet flown by Joe Walsh's father, connecting the project to the musician's legacy and his nonprofit, VetsAid. The auction offers bidders not only the unique equipment but also exclusive experiences, with proceeds benefiting veterans and their families through VetsAid, a nonprofit founded by Walsh.

Joe Walsh emphasized the community-building aspect of the initiative, highlighting the partnership with JCB as a new way to support veterans. The auction includes VIP tickets to the VetsAid concert and Monster Jam events, enhancing the appeal for fans and collectors. Alice Bamford, senior vice president of JCB North America, noted the company's commitment to raising $1 million for VetsAid through this and other efforts. Joe Walsh said “VetsAid has always been about bringing communities together, and now with JCB, we are excited to do just that in”.
