What Our Cybersecurity Team Covers And Why
The Kickoff Ministry Cybersecurity Team examines website files, code and recorded access activity to identify unexpected changes and potential security concerns. Automated inspections and automatic reviews every 12 hours help distinguish routine maintenance from findings that require further investigation or corrective action. This work helps protect the integrity of our content, maintain reliable website operation and support a safer experience for visitors worldwide.
Full scans every 12 hours compare monitored file contents and available core reference checksums. Hourly checks inspect new or changed files and identify missing files; unchanged files receive a metadata check. Recorded access activity supports separate private review. At midnight and noon PST, the system automatically evaluates completed checks, recorded system updates and confirmed incident records. Confirmed incidents are entered only after investigation.
File inspection covers monitored code and configuration under the website root. Media binaries, database contents, caches, backups and external files are outside the file scan. Unreadable, linked or oversized files produce coverage gaps. Narrow suspicious-code checks support investigation; they do not detect every threat. Scan activity counts reflect work actually recorded.

Read the sender’s full email address carefully before responding. A familiar name or matching address alone does not guarantee that a message is genuine, because sender information can be forged.
